It is not unusual in the Nigeria we live in today.Nothing seems to work properly and the entire system is almost collapsing. It's going to be a matter of time. We'll keep praying to God almighty for his divine mercy and intervention. Our Leaders should govern with the fear of God in them.

You are right. No proper planning.We use fire fighter approach in solving our problems.
