LAGOS STATE DOCTORS HAVE STARTED APPEALING THEIR SACK,CLAIMS HEAD OF SERVICE





At a press briefing to mark Governor Raji Fashola's fifth year in office yesterday,the Lagos state Head of Service (HOS),Mr Adesegun Ogunlewe said that some of the sacked doctors may be recalled.Click on read more to continue...



He claimed that some of the doctors have appealed their sack to the Lagos state government and that the authorities at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and Health Service Commision (HSC) are reviewing the appeals and that the results will be made public soon. However,the state leadership of the Nigerian Medical Association and Medical Guild have debunked the claims of the government in separate statements,stating that the govenment is trying to divide the association and the guild and also to create panic among the doctors.

  1. If Fashion's claim is true or that of Nigerian Medical Association and Medical Guild. Time will tell.We are waiting to see the events as, it unfold. But in the interest of the people and peace. Please Governor Fashola recall the sacked doctors.
