DANA AIR CRASH SITE : SCAVENGERS FIND VICTIMS' BODY PARTS UNDER RUBBLE

After the crash site of the ill-fated Dana MD-83 plane in Iju-Ishaga, Lagos State which left about 158 people dead  was demolished on June 10, scrap-metal collectors have swooped on the site, looking for scrap-metal.One of them reportedly found a leg,from the knee to the ankle of one of the victims under the rubble.Some ribs have also been found in the area.

This is an indication that some body parts are still buried under the rubble.However,the Managing Director of Lagos State Emergency Agency (LASEMA) Dr Femi Oke-Osanyintolu has said there were no body parts left in the rubble as the remaining rubble was sifted through to ascertain no human remains were left in the rubble.
