HEAD OF POLICE SPECIAL TASK FORCE ON FAROUK LAWAN'S BRIBERY ALLEGATIONS,INFURIATED AS LAWAN FAILS TO SHOW POLICE THE MONEY

Police sources said that the head of the Police Special Task Force(STF),Commissioner of Police,Ali Amodu was not happy that Lawan showed up without the exhibit money.The Inspector-General of Police had spoken on phone with the Speaker of the House of Representatives,Aminu Tambuwal to help retrieve the money from Lawan but the Speaker insisted that the request be made in writing.The letter was subsequently sent to the Speaker to help retrieve the exhibit money from Lawan.

Meanwhile,seven other members of the House committee on Fuel Subsidy Management have been scheduled to appear before the Special Task Force at the Police headquarters today.
