The embattled Chairman of the House of Representatives Ad-Hoc Committee on Fuel Subsidy administration was absent at the emergency plenary session held today as he was still in police custody.
However,he was suspended from the house in absentia pending the outcome of the investigations into the allegations of bribery raised against him by oil marketer,Femi Otedola.Farouk Lawan was also replaced as Chairman of the Ad-Hoc committee investigating fuel subsidy by Hon John Enoh (PDP Cross River)
