VIOLENCE ERUPTS AS BOMB BLAST RIPS CHURCHES IN KADUNA AND ZARIA


Violence broke out in parts of Kaduna State as hundreds of angry youths rioted in Gorin-Gora near Kaduna-Abuja Expressway,Sabon Tasha,Television,Narayi and Ungwa-Rimi following the suicide bombing on sunday morning in the two churches in Zaria and one church in Kaduna,Kaduna State.In both the bomb attacks and reprisal attacks about 50 persons have been reported dead and  over 100 others injured.Click on read more below to continue....




They burnt cars and attacked persons suspected to be Hausa-Fulani. The explosions rocked two churches in Wusasa and Sabon gari,Zaria and Tirkaniya in Kaduna.The ECWA church in Sabon-Gari and Christ the King Cathedral in Wusasa.An emergency meeting was summoned by the state government and a 24 hour curfew was imposed on the state to save the situation from deteriorating further while law enforcement agents have been ordered to shoot at sight any perpetrators of violence .  


The suicide bombers drove cars rigged with explosives to the churches and detonated them.The ECWA bomber was dressed as a 
woman and entered the church.Shortly after these blasts,a third one was reported at Shalom Royal International Church in Tirkaniya area of Kaduna.

  1. The Boko Haram issue is a threat to national unity. GEJ should act now before it gets out of hand. He keeps telling us he is on top of the situation. If Boko Haram has infiltrated his govt then he should fish them out now.
