HOW MY MARRIAGE TO STEPHANIE CRASHED-EX HUSBAND,MAZI OKECHUKWU

City People magazine reported that Mazi Okechukwu,a highly successful Lagos businessman narrated how his marriage to Stephanie,enstranged wife of Pastor Chris Okotie crashed.Okechukwu a successful Lagos businessman met Stephanie after her first husband who was a close friend of Pastor Okotie died.Okechukwu told City People last week that his marriage to Stephanie was excellent and smooth until things nose-dived for him.In his words''Stephanie and I always had misunderstandings and arguments when it came to issue of money and she always reported to Pastor Chris Okotie to settle the rift because that is the church we both attended.''

Mazi also remarked that on a particular day,she left the house after a heated argument and she did not come back till late in the night.When she came home, I demanded to know where she had been,but she got angry and agitated.He went further that a lot of times,she will leave the house and not return until days after.He said''few weeks before she finally left th e house,I noticed a customised jeep with HH number plate came to pick her at Omole Estate and I felt it was one of those her reporting sessions to the Pastor again,until when she did not come back home for two days and I put a call through to Okotie to confirm her whereabouts but he said he had not seen her for days.That was when I started suspecting her moves.''  

Few days after then,it was gathered that Stephanie stormed the house in Mazi's absence and took her two children away to her sister's house in Marwa Gardens.Mazi also said he later found out that Stephanie stayed in a popular Guest House around Toyin Street in Ikeja for about 8 months,''I stormed the place to find out why she decided to move from the house and I was prevented by the security men who claimed to be her guards.They told me that I should never come back to look for her again if I don't want trouble.So ever since then,I have decided to live quietly in my house and watch things unfold.''
Since she got married to Okotie,Mazi has continued with his life,living with his 2nd wife who has a big and thriving salon in their palatial Omole Estate house.
