TWO KILLED AS EXPLOSION,GUNFIRE ROCK ZARIA

Security agents on Sunday morning shot two suspected extremists dead after foiling a planned attack by Boko Haram on some churches in Zaria, Kaduna State.Security agents, acting on a tip-off, swooped on the hideout of the group and shot two suspected extremists dead.

Later, a powerful bomb exploded in Gaskiya.The spokesman for the National Emergency Management Agency, Yushau Shuaib, said two persons were killed by security agents while the injured were taken to nearby hospitals.
