The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the minister of Youth Development,Mr Bolaji Abdullahi had given the assurance that the money would be paid on or before May 18.Payments are still yet to be made as of today,May 22.He had explained that the delay in payment was due to transition to a new accounting system.
